 Hey yall its coming up quick!!! I know its last minute but next weeks meeting we need to have an official count of who's all def goin to roll to Arizona in September. This way it gives everyone time to get their money together for the trip. Me and Sarah are for sure going. Anybody else for sure going?? We need an answer at the meeting. The more peeps we get goin the cheaper it'll be for us and I think it'll be badass to get as many texas folks as we can down there!! Let me know what's up. This show is fuckin awsum!!!!!! |

We need to make the reservation for the vehicle we're taking in July to get the best rate possible. So we need a headcount this meeting to find out what kind we need to reserve. Then we'll post how much it will be for each person and we'll need to collect that money at the July meeting. We'll be making the reservation the Monday following the meeting. It's coming quick. But its worth it. Like Dave said the more who go, the cheaper it will be. Oh, and once committed, we won't be able to make refunds if you have to cancel.

I know, but we are so busy during that time. I have a line around the corner, out the door and down stairs and i'm not exaggerating. I'll get overtime and i'll be here until 7pm with no lunch.
