We need to make the reservation for the vehicle we're taking in July to get the best rate possible. So we need a headcount this meeting to find out what kind we need to reserve. Then we'll post how much it will be for each person and we'll need to collect that money at the July meeting. We'll be making the reservation the Monday following the meeting. It's coming quick. But its worth it. Like Dave said the more who go, the cheaper it will be. Oh, and once committed, we won't be able to make refunds if you have to cancel. Do y'all have an idea of the price yet so Robbie and I can be sure to bring enough money |

Ok yall those of us who are for sure rollin out need to txt or call me asap plz. Im goin to reserve a rental for us but I wanna know who for sure is going that way I can get the right size ride for us. Also the trip will be Wednesday to Wednesday for those who need to take off for work. Well leave Wednesday morning and roll back Sunday after the show. As of now its me n Sa chino and his wife from so tex and I know plankton and klondike have said they wanna roll out also. Make sure those who are locked in going get at me asap.

We have 10 people so far kids, including the vehicle and gas that's around $160 per person. Not too shabby.
