I just want to make sure that we all know that we are putting on this show. i realize its a month and a half away but since central texas is putting it on, i think we should figure out the times that were gonna meet at the show, everyones duties/responsibilities for the show ect. that way everyone can play ahead and it can be more hassle free. i realize things are gonna come up here and there but the more time we have to plan the better.

The times and stuff will be discussed at the April meeting. The list of duties is on top of the thread. Those who aren't named will be on stand by. They will be helping with breaks running errands any questions anybody has.
